Look at this dog!small and quiet, gentle, 2 year old Hank Williams is only 30 pounds, 'shy and sweet,'ideal for a single couple or retired person who wants company.     This poor baby along with four other siblings were found under a fallen tree stump. Luie's mama was smart and had gone into the woods to find a safe place to have her babies. It took the rescuer three weeks to locate and dig through the dirt to capture this little boy and his siblings. He has come a long way since being alone in the woods, never knowing a human touch until now where he is spoiled and loved on continuously by his foster mom. Luie is a sweetheart waiting to be given a chance to live with kids and his own mom/dad human.

Flat-Coated Retriever Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Not Good with Cats, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Sam is a 1yr old a loving, high energy and smart dog. He is crate trained and knows most basic commands as well as a few tricks. We are looking to re-home him because we have found with his high energy and herding instincts he is not a good fit with the small children and cats in our home. He would be great with an active single person/couple or family with older kids. He does do well with our other dogs however loves chasing the cat. The adoption fee is negotiable.
